Payment Confirmation:
All payments for services must be made in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.
No Refund Policy:
All payments made for tax services and consultation services are non-refundable. This policy applies to all cancellations, reschedules, or changes to the appointment for any reason.
Once a payment is made, it secures your time slot and the expertise provided during the service, which cannot be refunded.
Rescheduling:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request for a new time.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within 30 days of the original appointment.
Missed Appointments:
